To reside at Spring Meadow, you, or a member of your household must be at least 62 years of age or older and have an annual family income below Federally-Determined guidelines. Handicapped adults falling under income guidelines are also eligible for residence. Rental subsidies are provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development under the section 8 Housing Assistance Program such that each resident pays an amount of rent equal to only 30% of his or her adjusted gross income.

Rent is based on the annual income of the tenant(s). The tenant pays 30% of their income for rent. The income levels at this time are:

Two person under $13,300
Very Low Income - One person under $19,400
Two person under $22,150
