To reside at Spring Meadow, you, or a member of your household must be at least 62 years of age or older and have an annual family income below Federally-Determined guidelines. Handicapped adults falling under income guidelines are also eligible for residence. Rental subsidies are provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development under the section 8 Housing Assistance Program such that each resident pays an amount of rent equal to only 30% of his or her adjusted gross income.

Spring Meadow Apartments are located on Water Street in the Village of Bath, New York. The gently sloping landscaped grounds remind one of the freshness of a meadow in the springtime., hence the appropriateness of the name Spring Meadow.

Rent is based on the annual income of the tenant(s). The tenant pays 30% of their income for rent. The income levels at this time are:
Extremely Low Income: One person under $16,600. Two person under $18,950.
Very Low Income - One person under $27,600. Two person under $31,550.
